Welcome to Derek Lawton’s Driver Training. I hope this site will provide you with all the information you need to know on learning to drive and passing your driving test.

ABOUT ME: I have been an approved driving instructor since 2000 and an approved fleet driver trainer since 2001. I am married with 1 child & a dog (not sure which 1 is the most work). I am a very proffessional & patient instructor (no shouting just because someone can't do something 1st time). Full terms & conditions can be found on this website.

SERVICES OFFERED: Manual & Automatic Driving Tuition, Pre Driver Training (start at 16 at our safe off road site in Newton-Le-Willows), Pass Plus, Motorway Lessons, Refresher Lessons & Fleet Driver Training.

AREA'S COVERED: Newton-Le-Willows, Warrington & St. Helens. Tests will take place in St Helens as Warrington no longer as a driving test centre.

PRICE GUARANTEE: The price you pay when you start learning to drive will remain the same throughout your training (unlike alot of other driving schools), providing a break of no more than 60 days occurs in which case the prevailing lesson rate then applies.
